Add the date now
Write down the test date and which topics may appear. If you are unsure what is included, check the teacher’s instructions.
Spread it out
Even ten or fifteen minutes on a few separate days can feel more manageable than one big session the night before. Leave room for homework, activities and rest.
Try remembering without looking
Close your book and write or say three things you remember. Check what you got right afterwards. This is called retrieval practice.
Practise real questions
If you have practice questions, try a few, mark them and look at the parts that were tricky. Just rereading is not the only option.
Choose the right block
Quick start, Focus flow and Step by step are ways to begin. Choose a manageable length and change it if it is too much.
Make the last day lighter
Spend the final evening checking the topics you were unsure about, packing what you need and getting some rest. If there is not enough time, ask for guidance.
Try it this week
Pick one topic. Spend ten minutes recalling what you know, then five minutes checking and correcting.
